This deliverable provides a 30-month update on STARLIGHT’s communication and dissemination strategy, serving as both a progress report and a guide for consortium partners to enhance outreach. It outlines the evolved framework for engaging stakeholders across the EU AI and security sectors as the project enters its final 18 months.
Building on the foundation of D11.2, this document reports on the expansion of digital channels, including the website, social media, and newsletters, alongside the production of project videos and expert interviews. It also documents the project’s research impact through scientific publications, the Zenodo repository, and participation in international events and ToolFests.
The purpose of this update is to refine engagement tactics and ensure a cohesive presence across the consortium. By evaluating performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), the deliverable supports STARLIGHT in effectively reaching law enforcement agencies, the public, and EU institutions, helping to maximise the project’s real-world impact.
