On 29th January 2025, STARLIGHT representatives attended the International Law Enforcement Cooperation Meeting on Crime Prevention and Innovation in Vilnius, Lithuania. At the event hosted by the Lithuanian Police, law enforcement professionals from across Europe discussed innovation and cooperation in crime prevention.
Representing STARLIGHT, partners from the French Ministry of the Interiors, the Estonian Police and Border Guard Services, and L3CE joined discussions on emerging strategies, challenges, and collaborative approaches in law enforcement innovation. The meeting featured contributions from representatives of France, Estonia, and Lithuania, covering topics such as digital crime prevention, law enforcement transformation, and international cooperation.
Discussions emphasised the importance of data-driven solutions, cross-border collaboration, and new technologies in tackling evolving security challenges. STARLIGHT remains committed to contributing to these efforts through its research and engagement with key stakeholders.
